Small businesses driving a big recovery: Supercharging the economic comeback with SMEs
October 19 @ 11:00 am - 11:30 am
Reviving the Canadian economy post-pandemic will depend largely on ensuring that small and medium-sized enterprises – the backbone of our economy – are set up for a strong comeback. Montréal in particular with its wealth of creative talent and leading universities is well situated to play a leading role in this recovery by creating new companies and unleashing the full entrepreneurial spirit of SMEs. Join this discussion to learn how SMEs are uniquely positioned to adapt to, and re-invent themselves in the face of, these new realities. This activity will be held in French and English.
Fireside chat with The Honourable Mélanie Joly (Minister of Economic Development and Official Languages, Government of Canada), in conversation with Charles Milliard (interviewer).
