Digital marketing and communications project manager

Reports to: Vice President of Marketing and Audience.

The Digital marketing and communications project manager is responsible for executing the overall communications and marketing plan, ensuring KPIs are met and managing partner relationships. The individual will also work closely with internal teams such as business development and technology. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing, client management and events.

 

Responsabilities

Execution on the holistic communications and marketing strategy, including:

  • Execution on the holistic communications and marketing strategy, including:
    • Digital marketing strategy
    • Lead generation
    • Newsletter strategy
    • Audience growth
  • Budget accountability for the plan
  • Manage client relationship and ensures the project teams delivers on weekly outputs
  • Executes, in partnership with the Director of Acquisition, all digital media campaigns
  • Works in collaboration with the Content Manager on the creation and management of content for newsletter, website and other content deliverables
  • Oversees and builds customer journeys and marketing automation
  • Works on website UI/UX and optimization to drive audience growth and work closely with the Digital Innovation team and the content team on growth strategy
  • Works with biz dev and other internal stakeholders on the creation of sales tools and brand assets
  • Accountability and reporting over all KPIs related to the marketing and communications plan
  • Manages communications within the partner eco-system
  • Oversees a small marketing communications team

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years professional experience in digital marketing
  • A minimum of 1-year experience in team management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
  • Knowledge of Google Suite, Google Analytics, Slack and Salesforce
