Executive Assistant


Team: Direction

Reports directly to: President & General Manager

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to C2’s President and General Manager.

Status: Permanent, Full Time


Primary responsibilities

  • Keeps various agendas up to date
  • Plans meetings, drafts and translates correspondence (French/English)
  • Composes and transcribes text, letters, documents, reports and memos
  • Coordinates meetings/teleconferences and prepares supporting documents
  • Plans and attends certain meetings and records minutes
  • Reconciles expense reports
  • Manages logistics for travel, i.e. booking plane tickets, hotel stays and reservations
  • Answers and forwards various communications (phone calls, emails and some internal communications)
  • Coordinates board meetings
  • Coordinates special projects as needed
  • Coordinates executive committee meetings
  • Carries out all other related tasks


Required professional qualifications and skills

  • Fluency in the Microsoft Office Suite as well as G Suite
  • Experience in one of the following sectors an asset: corporate, events or communications
  • Bilingual in French and in English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent writing skills in French and in English
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Post-secondary education in Communications, Administration or related field
