Main Responsibilities

Partners’ content:

  • Support Account Managers in the implementation process and in the use of tools for activating partners’ content elements;
  • Plan, evaluate and coordinate partners’ content activations for C2 Montreal & Movin’ On Summit 2020;
  • Contribute to the development and the implementation of new products and new content activations in order to optimize participants’ learning experience during the events;
  • Ensure that content teams and business development teams are working in collaboration in order to optimize their efficiency.

Account management:

  • In collaboration with the Director of Growth and Partnerships, ensure goals, objectives and contractual commitments of partners are met;
  • Anticipate partners needs and develop a relationship of trust;
  • Track progress related to assigned accounts and ensure that dates of deliverables are respected;
  • Manage partner projects in line with C2’s long-term and/or strategic vision;
  • Ensure the proper execution of all logistics related to the assigned partners’ activities (Accreditations process and deliveries, catering service, etc.);
  • Support Account Managers in elaborating reports for each partner.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant field;
  • Project management experience;
  • Experience in event management, an asset.

 

Interpersonal skills

  • Bilingual French-English (essential- both spoken and written);
  • Good team spirit;
  • Good judgment and ability to prioritize;
  • Versatile, able to adapt quickly to change;
  • Excellent organizational skills.

 

Conditions

Contractual, for a 4 months contract period from March 2020 to July 2020 with the possibility of extension.

Salary commensurate with experience.
