Playing games is serious business at C2. New this year, C2 Montréal will build an extra layer of fun into the experience by “gamifying” all three days of the event. So what does that mean?
Get your game-face on
Each day, participants will be encouraged to compete with each other in a variety of ways by collecting points and badges that can be redeemed for unique prizes and experiences while delving into the C2 experience in a deeper and more meaningful way. In other words, it’s a win-win proposition for participants.
Up for grabs will be special access to exclusive meet-and-greets.
And the Grand Prize? The top point-getter will earn themselves a fully paid three-day pass for next year’s event, C2 Montréal 2020.
How do I play?
Using your klik smart badge, you’ll be able to move up the public leaderboard by doing something as simple as registering for an activity or filling in the information on your profile. Or, if you want to rack up more points and aim for the big prizes, there are a host of other ways you can do so.
For example, you can earn points by exchanging contact info with other participants (the more the better), by providing feedback on activities you’ve taken part in, by downloading books from the C2 library, or by taking any of the other actions described in the table below. The top scores will be displayed on screens onsite.
