Andrew Wilson

CEO, Electronic Arts

Presented by : INGENIO

The idea that customers should feel like they’re stealing from you might seem an odd approach to business, but not to Andrew Wilson. The newly-minted Chief Executive Officer of video game giant Electronic Arts says he wants EA customers to come away with more than they paid for, or at least feel that they are, and thereby satisfy “an inherent need to steal” rooted deep within human beings. Seeing the practical applications of such a view, which Wilson first heard from rap legend Russell Simmons, is in part why the 39-year-old Aussie was named one of the 100 Most Creative People in Business by Fast Company magazine, and why he’s back by popular demand at C2MTL 2014.
