Christian Bourque has over 25 years of experience in research, public opinion and marketing. Before joining Leger, he was Senior Research Director and Spokesperson for Angus Reid’s Montreal office (now Ipsos-Reid). Christian is Executive Vice President and Partner at Leger and is the company’s official spokesperson. He heads the research team at Leger's head office in Montreal. In Fall 2019, Christian was a regular host on Radio-Canada's program Moteur de recherche. Fluently bilingual, Christian is an experienced focus group facilitator who has moderated more than 1,500 focus groups in English and French in Canada and the United States. He is a sought-after speaker.
Christian is a Certified Marketing Research Professional (CMRP) in the Marketing Research and Intelligence Association (MRIA). Since 2009, Christian has also been an instructor for MRIA. He teaches market segmentation, advanced statistical techniques and online research.
Christian has prepared numerous affidavits and has testified in different courts where survey evidence was presented. His experience ranges from civil and administrative courts to criminal cases and class action lawsuits. Christian has testified in both official languages.
