Chief Creative Officer, Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group
Diane Quinn is the Chief Creative Officer (CCO) for Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group. She oversees the artistic and creative interests of its subsidiaries, namely VStar Entertainment Group, Cirque Dreams, Blue Man Group and The Works Entertainment. She also oversees the quality of all Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group shows currently in operation. In addition to overseeing the Costume Workshops and the Casting & Performance team, she is responsible for all global innovation initiatives through C:Lab. Diane joined the company in 2004 and held a series of positions including Public Services Director, Director of Artist Management, Company Manager, and Vice President of Show Quality and Integrity. A veteran of the arts and entertainment scene, Diane has spent more than two decades crafting, seeing, reviewing and managing various art forms on six continents. Diane’s positions prior to joining Cirque include Founding Producer of Soulpepper Theatre Company and Festival of Classics, Coordinator of the Arts Administration Program at the University of Toronto, and Executive Director of Toronto Women in Film and Television. Most recently, she was the Executive Director of the American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) and the Institute for Advanced Theatre Training at Harvard University.
