Emily Chang is a strategy-minded, dynamic senior executive with 17 years of experience in insight-led brand building, customer experience and globalization. As CCO for Greater China, Emily is responsible for shaping IHG’s sales and marketing strategy in the region, defining the S&M go-to-market model, developing the Greater China sales and marketing team, and managing seven hotel brands and five loyalty programs for a 265-hotel estate. Emily joined IHG from Apple, where she worked as the company’s first executive in China. Prior to Apple, Emily developed her marketing and brand expertise at P&G, accruing 11 years of experience across all three Global Business Units.
