François Crémet is Senior Director of Sustainable Investing at the CDPQ. In this role, he oversees activities related to ESG (environmental, social and governance) impact measurement and value creation, awareness-raising among portfolio companies and managers, and the digitization of business processes. He also oversees the CDPQ's external equity, diversity and inclusion strategy and represents the organization on the Advisory Committee of the Investor Leadership Network (ILN) Diversity in Investment Initiative, a group of leading global institutional investors committed to sustainable growth.
Prior to joining the CDPQ in 2017, Mr. Crémet worked for over 10 years in strategy and management consulting at SECOR Conseil and then at KPMG in Montreal and Paris. He has accompanied large organizations, mainly in the financial services sector, in their strategic thinking and business transformation, as well as in customer strategy, leadership development, business model review, stakeholder management and organizational culture evolution projects. Mr. Crémet holds a bachelor's degree in finance from HEC Montréal and the CFA designation. He is also a graduate of the Global Village for Future Leaders of Business and Industry program at Lehigh University's Iacocca Institute.
