The rise of digital content propelled journalist and editor Sean Stanleigh into thinking like an entrepreneur – an entrepreneur with a knack for storytelling. As Managing Editor of Globe Edge Content Studio at major media organization The Globe and Mail, Sean makes content cross-organizational and multiplatform, leading his team in content marketing, audience data analysis and commercial content creation, from editorial projects to branded native advertising for clients such as Thomson Reuters and GE. Before moving into the role, Sean was product manager for Globe Drive and Report on Small Business while also engaging with entrepreneurial communities throughout Canada via non-profit boards, conferences and mentor programs. His experience in these communities prompted him to co-found The Entrepreneurship Society, a networking group connecting high-growth business owners in Toronto and surrounding regions.
“Data is useless without analysis. Analysis is useless without the right data.”
