The global scaler

When it comes to scaling large technology organizations, Stephanie Carullo is, in a word, legit. She’s spent her distinguished career leading and growing billion-dollar businesses across global markets and industries. To wit, she spent 14 years in executive level positions spanning sales leadership, operations and consulting at IBM Australia. Then she led enterprise and government sales at Australia's largest telecom company, Telstra. Following that, Stephanie made the leap to Silicon Valley to join Cisco, where she first led a U.S. service provider business unit before running the newly formed Data Center and Virtualization Architecture group. After four years at Cisco, Stephanie joined Apple to head up U.S. Education Sales, a multi-billion dollar business where she managed a team of hundreds, developing an ecosystem of app developers, service providers and education consultants who worked together to rethink the education technology market.

She came to cloud content-management company Box as COO to oversee operations and go-to-market strategy, and drive continued growth and international expansion in global sales, marketing, customer success and business development. Stephanie’s deep enterprise experience building teams and opening new markets at a global scale serves her perfectly in her new role as a change-maker for Box.

“Customer expectations have never been higher, and there is immense pressure to move faster, work across the extended enterprise, and deliver new experiences.”
